Operations: - Our product is feed to the operating areas of a rotor, having a speed of 3000 R.P.M by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high sheer, pressure and friction between the stator and rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharges section. This processed product continuously leaves the mill through the drain pipe, if required; it can be re circulated

  S. S. Syringes

 

S.S SYRINGE, is a filling cylinder used to fill liquids. It is used in Semi Automatic / Automatic Filling machine. 
 
Working Principal :- 
This Syringe works eccentrically, it consists of a suction & discharge valve & a filling cylinder of required volume.

The Syringe sneaks in the liquid through the suction valve into the cylinder during 1st half of the rotation & discharges the liquid from the cylinder into the bottle through the discharge valve during the 2nd half. The bottles should be fed to the machine during the first half with the help of the operator, can set volume as per requirement.

Working Principal :- 
This Machine is basically volumetric, bottom suction Machine. The Drive Mechanism with electric motor & worm reduction gear box drives the shaft on which to cylinders (syringes) or piston pumps are mounted on either side, eccentrically.

Working Principal :-
The Product is charged from the hopper, which enters the milling Chambers which consists of a stator rotor. At high speed, the particles of the products are crushed and get reduced to as low as 5 microns.

Drive mechanism is an electric motor with couple shaft. Special 3 way clock is provided to recirculate the product to get final & finest output.

The Rapid Mixer Granulator is used for process of fast dry & wet mixing, homogenizing & granulating of powder. As the
name suggest this machine performs two operations mixing and granulating after mixing of dry powders / granules,

The mixing is achieved by special three arms of the mixing impeller, the impeller blades are angles in a way that sets
